• Mail-In (Nationwide): Send in your items from anywhere in the U.S.
• Local Pickup & Delivery (Seattle): Book online and we’ll swing by your home.
• In-Studio (Seattle): Schedule a weekday appointment or stop by during Saturday walk-in hours.
• Pop-Ups: Drop off items at one of our events around the greater Seattle area.

Yes! We recently opened a studio in South Seattle. You’re welcome to stop by during walk-in hours or book a weekday appointment online.
Yes, you can! While we work on implementing this feature in our online portal, you can set up a mail-in order by emailing us at hello@thefxry.com. We’re excited to offer this convenience and look forward to assisting you with your garments. We usually complete your fixes in about two weeks. If we need a little extra time to find the perfect trim or material, we’ll let you know!Need it sooner? We offer rush service for an extra fee, depending on the workload and the work needed. Just email us at hello@thefxry.com for more details!

When our FXRY pickup person arrives, you can simply hand over your clean clothes as they are, and they will take care of the rest. If you are unavailable to hand over your item in person, please feel free to leave it in a secure location outside where our team can easily locate it. Your garments will be carefully stored in an FXRY bag for protection, along with your order number to ensure smooth processing. We handle your clothes with the utmost care, recognizing their importance to you.
